معوقات النشاطات اللاصفية وسبل علاجها من وجهة نظر الأساتذة المشرفين عليها في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي. ( دراسة ميدانية بالمدارس الإبتدائية لولاية الأغواط)

الملخص
على غرار الأنظمة التربوية الناجحــــــــــة عبر العالم، والتي تعتبر الإصلاح سيرورة دينامية ومستمرة ودورية، من تصور وتنفيذ ومتابعة وتقييم وتعديل، فقامت وزارة التربيــــــــة الوطنيـــــــــــــة منذ الــــدخول المدرسي2011/2012 بتخفيف المضامين المعرفية للمنهاج في مختلف مستويات مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي. فعرفت النشاطات اللاصفية اهتماما وترقية وتنمية (النشاطات الرياضية، الفنية، الإبداعية...) باعتبارهــــــا بعدا مكملا للنشاطات التعليمية مما يضمن النمو الشامل للمتعلــــم بكل أبعادهــــــــــا التربويـــــــة. إلا أنه وعلى الرغم من هذا الاهتمام بالنشاطــــــــات اللاصفيــــة فقد ظهرت بعض المؤشرات توحي بوجود معوقات تحول دون ممارسة التلاميذ للأنشطة اللاصفية ، الشي الذي أضعف فاعليتها في تجسيد الأهداف المرجوة منها، ومن الطبيعي أن معرفة المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيـــق النشاط اللاصفية لأهدافه أمر بالغ الأهمية لتفاديها وتذليلها، والتي سعى الباحث لمعرفتها وذلك من خــــــــــــلال وجهات نظر الفاعلين في الميدان وهم الأساتذة المشرفين عليها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: ـــــ أن أهــــــــــــــــــــــم سبب يحول دون ممارسة تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي للأنشطة اللاصفية هم الأساتذة المشرفون ويعزى ذلك إلى أنهم لم يتلقـــــــــــــــــــوا تكوينا في مجــــــــــــــــــــال النشاطات اللاصفية، وبالتالي لأصبح من ضروري إدراج الأنشطة اللاصفيــــــــــــــــــــــــة في مناهج المدارس العليا للأساتذة ومعاهد التكوين. الكلمات المفتاحية:معوقات ؛ النشاطات اللاصفية؛ الاساتذة المشرفين. Similarly with all of the successful educational systems across the world, which is a dynamic process of reform and continuous efforts of implementing, monitoring and evaluation and modification, the Ministry of national education, since the school year 2011/2012 started to ease the cognitive content of the curriculum in different primary education levels by introducing extra-curricular activities and interest to upgrade and develop (Sporting, artistic, and creative activities.) as an integral dimension to the educational activities to guarantee. The overall growth of the learner in all educational dimensions .However, despite this interest in extra-curricular activities some indications have emerged which suggests that there are obstacles to the practice of extra-curricular activities for the students, pointing out the causes that obstruct the success of these activities is crucial said the researcher to avoid and overcome them, the views of the actors in the field, Professors supervisors and managers really matter according to the the researcher who come up with a series of questions which are as follows..The study reached the following results: - The most important reason that prevents primary school students from practicing extracurricular activities are the supervising teachers, and this is due to the fact that they did not receive training in the field of extracurricular activities, and therefore it became necessary to include extracurricular activities in the curricula of high schools for teachers and training institutes. keywords:Obstacles؛ extra-curricularactivities؛supervisingprofessors
