دور التعاون في ما بين البلديات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعا هاما في السياسة العامة للدولة،ألا و هو موضوع التنمية المحلية خاصة ما تعلق منها بالتعاون بين البلديات،عن طريق إبراز أهميته في تلبية الحاجات المشتركة للبلديات،و خلق روح التعاون و التضامن فيما بينها. و الجزائر ضمن هذا الإطار،حيث بات تفعيل الممثلين المحليين في استعمال آليات حديثة للإدارة المحلية كركيزة أساسية للرفع من التنمية المحلية؛لأن الحياة الديمقراطية تركز على خلق تنمية متجانسة لدى جميع البلديات. This study deals with an important topic in the general policy of the state, and that is the topic of local development, especially what relates to it in cooperation between municipalities, by highlighting its importance in meeting the common needs of municipalities, and creating a spirit of cooperation and solidarity among them. And Algeria is within this framework, as the activation of local representatives in using modern mechanisms of local administration has become a basic pillar for raising local development, because democratic life focuses on creating homogeneous development in all municipalities
