تأثير الفكر المقاولاتي للأباء على النية المقاولاتية للأبناء

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر مهن و وظائف الأباء على نية المقاولاتية المبكرة لدى الأبناء،حيث تم إستبانة 102 تلميذ من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، إضافة لذلك فقد دعمت الدراسة بمقابلات مع بعض أوليائهم، و نظرا لوجود مستوى إدراك منخفض جدا تعذر مواصلة الدراسة بهذا النسق، و تم تقصي أثر مهن الأباء على المهن المستقبلية لإبناء،حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود نية مقاولاتية مبكرة لدى التلاميذ،وجود علاقة إرتباط كبيرة بين المتغيرين مهن الأباء و المهن المستقبلية لأبناء، كما أوصت الدراسة بتبني التعليم المبكر للمقاولاتية و إيقاظ روح المغامرة و مواجهة المخاطر للابناء بمعية الأباء. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of the professions and jobs of father’s on the intention of early entrepreneurial in children, where 102 students from the middle school level were resoluted. In addition to that the study backed by interviews with some of their parents, and given that there was a very low level of perception, it was not possible to continue study in this format. And the impact of the professions of father’s on the future professions of sons was investigated, where the study concluded that there is no early entrepreneurial intention in the students, and there is no large correlation between the two variables "the professions of fathers and the future professions of the children". The study also recommended adopting early education for entrepreneurship, waking up the spirit of adventure and facing risks for children with his parents
