الملخص
يتطور الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) بشكل مستمر وسريع، حيث يجد تطبيقات جديدة في المزيد والمزيد من المجالات، وذلك إلى جانب استخدام البيانات الضخمة التي تزداد تعقيدًا يوما بعد يوم، بما في ذلك نواحي الأمن، البيئة، التعليم، الأبحاث، الصحة، الثقافة، التجارة وحتى القانون. أحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي تطورات بالغة الأهمیة في مختلف المجالات، والتي تستدعي تدخلا عاجلا من جانب القانون لمواجهته، وخصوصاً فیما یتعلق بإصدار القرارات وفقاً لنظم الذكاء الاصطناعي التي أصبحت تتخذ بطریقة آلیة محضة، وهذا التدخل التشریعي ضروري للحد من اتساع هذه القرارات، لأنها یمكن أن تشكل تهدیداً لبعض حقوقه الأساسیة مثل الحق في الحیاة الخاصة. particularly significant impact on the ways in which we work, learn, and even live together.
