Environmental Digital Applications Of Local Communities As A Mechanism To Rationalize Local Environmental Decision

Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and the exacerbation of environmental problems and the obligations of the Algerian state in the field of environmental preservation, the responsibility of local groups has increased, as the basic base for development and the maintenance of public health, and therefore adopted a new management method to protect the local environment through digital applications as a modern administrative legal mechanism to develop their performance and face the double challenge between balancing local development and rationalizing the environment at the local level. Accordingly, the study aims to shed light on the digital environmental applications activated by local groups and the extent of their contribution to the development of their performance and the rationalization of local environmental decision.
