ملخص: في ظل التطورات العلمية المتسارعة وما صاحبها من تطبيقات تكنولوجية، خاصة ما تعلق بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والذي طرح نقاشا فلسفيا وأخلاقيا لتقييم ما يترتب عن هذه التطبيقات التكنولوجية من نتائج للكشف عن المشكلات التي يطرحها الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمناقشة الموضوعية للهواجس الأخلاقية المرتبطة به، بهدف الوصول إلى التأسيس للمبادئ الأخلاقية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي على أساس من المسؤولية المشتركة وشفافية الأهداف والأغراض تحقيقا للمنفعة العامة للبشر في ظل مساءلة نقدية موضوعية. Summary: In light of the rapid scientific developments and the technological applications that accompany them, especially those related to artificial intelligence, which has raised a philosophical and ethical discussion to evaluate the results resulting from these technological applications, to reveal the problems posed by artificial intelligence, and to objectively discuss the ethical concerns associated with it, with the aim of reaching the foundation Ethical principles in the field of artificial intelligence are based on shared responsibility and transparency of goals and purposes to achieve the general benefit of humans under objective critical accountability.
