دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز العمل التطوعي الجمعوي في فترة الأزمات دراسة ميدانية على عينة من سكان منطقة القبائل في ولاية تيزي وزو أوت 2021.

الملخص
استهدفت الدراسة رصد وتحليل دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز العمل الجمعوي التطوعي في فترة الأزمات ، باعتبار هذه المواقع احد الوسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي أصبحت تأثر بشكل كبير في المجتمع .وقد تحددت أهداف الدراسة في محاولة استطلاع أراء المواطن الجزائري في ولاية تيزي وزو حول حداثة النشاط الجمعوي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، و ذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من سكان ولاية تيزي وزو (50مفردة) حول تصدي العمل الجمعوي التطوعي للازمة الحرائق التي شاهدتها المنطقة في أوت 2021 عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي .حيث أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن فئة الشباب يعتمدون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للاطلاع على العمل الجمعوي التطوعي و ذلك راجع لاحتكاكهم الواسع مع هذه المواقع خاصة الفيسبوك بنسبة 78٪، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دور جيد و ايجابي على العمل الجمعوي التطوعي لدى سكان ولاية تيزي وزو. The study aimed to monitor and analyze the role of social networking sites in activating voluntary collective work in times of crisis, considering the sites as one of the modern means of communication that have become greatly effected society. the objectives of the study were determined in an attempt to explore the views of the Algerian citizen in Tizi-Ouzou region about the novelty of associative activity through social networking sites, by conducting a field study on a sample of residents of Tizi-Ouzou region (50individuals) on the response of voluntary collective action to the fire crisis that the region witnessed in august 2021via social media. Where the results of the study indicated that the category of young people depend on social networking sites to discover the voluntary collective work , and this is due to their wide contact with these sites, especially face book , by 78٪ . the results of the study also showed that social networking sites have a positive and good role on voluntary associative work among the residents of Tizi-Ouzou region.
