تاجماعث، مؤسسة النظام القبَلي في منطقة القبائل -دراسة ميدانية في منطقة تيزي وزو (الجزائر)-

الملخص
ملخص: لقد سعينا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إعطاء صورة واقعية لكيفية مشاركة" تاجماعث" كمؤسسة قبلية، في تنظيم الحياة الاجتماعية للمجتمع القبائلي. وذلك من خلال مجمل القوانين العرفية التي تحكم هذه المنظومة. ثم الوقوف على التصوّرات التي صاحبت المجتمع الجزائري حول منطقة القبائل وتنظيمهم الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال العودة للبحث في الدراسات التاريخية التي تناولت العشائرية في المنطقة، والاستناد للمخطوطات والدراسات الاثنوغرافية التي أقيمت من جهة، و وض دراسة ميدانية عميقة من جهة أخرى. فقد كانت الدراسة الوصفية ثم المقابلات أهم وسائل الدراسة، وذلك من خلال تحديد عينة الدراسة التي شملت بعض القرى تمّ اختيارها وفقا لشرط اعتمادهم تاجماعث في حياتهم اليومية، فقد بيّنت الدراسة الاستطلاعية تفاوت أهمية وفعالية تنظيم تاجماعث عند القبائليين، إذ تلاشت مكانته الاجتماعية في بعض المناطق الحضرية، لكن فرض التنظيم تواجده في قرى أخرى، إذ يُعتبر المرجع الأوّل والوحيد في تنظيم شؤونها، والاحتكام لقوانينها العرفية. Abstract: Through this document, we sought to provide a realistic picture of how the community as a tribal institution participates in the organization of the social life of the kabylia community. itisthrough all the customarylawsgoverningthis system, then to identify all the perceptions thataccompanied Algerian society on kabylia and their social organization, and by a return to research on historicalstudiesthatdealtwithtribalism. Based on manuscripts and ethnographicstudiesthat have been established on the one hand, and conducting and fieldstudies. The descriptive study and then the interviews were the most important means of study, and by identifying the sample of the studythatincludedsome villages selectedaccording to the requirement to adopt a consensus in theirdailylives, the surveyshowed the disparity in the importance and effectiveness of the organization of groupingbetweentribes, but the imposition of the organization of itspresence in other villages, as itisconsidered the first reference in the organization, and the use of itscustomarylaws.
