الملخص
ملخّص يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة وتحليل واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تعزيز الأمن البيئي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز على تجارب عربية نموذجية مثل مدينة مصدر، ومدينة أبو ظبي، إلى جانب تقييم أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في رفع الوعي البيئي، وتشجيع المجتمعات على اتخاذ قرارات مستدامة. ولتحقيق هدف هذا المقال قمنا بعرض بعظ من الأعمال المتعلقة بموضوع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتعزيز الأمن البيئي والتنمية المستدامة، كما قمنا بتقديم دراسة تحليلية بغرض مفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وخصائصها وعلاقتها بالتنمية المستدامة مع تقديم عرض لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها وأهدافها ومؤشراتها، مع تقديم عرض لتجربتين عربيتين كل من مدينة دبي الذكية ومدينة مصدر المستدامة. وقد خلص المقال إلى جملة من النتائج تتمحور حول: أولا: الاستدامة البيئية تعتبر أهم أبعاد التنمية المستدامة لكنها تحتاج إلى أليات تتماش مع أبعاد التنمية المستدامة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. ثانيا: تعتبر التجارب العالمية والعربية نماذج ناجحة يمكن الاستعانة والاستفادة منها في مجال الأمن البيئي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. Abstract This article aims to study and analyze the reality of information and communication technology in enhancing environmental security. Achieving sustainable development, with a focus on typical Arab experiences such as Masdar City and Abu Dhabi City, as well as evaluating the impact of using information and communication technology in raising environmental awareness and encouraging communities to make sustainable decisions. In order to achieve the goal of this article, we have presented some of the works related to the subject of information technology and the promotion of environmental security and sustainable development. Dubai Smart City and Masdar Sustainable City. The article concluded a number of results centered on: First: Environmental sustainability is the most important dimension of sustainable development, but it needs mechanisms that are in line with the economic and social dimensions of sustainable development. Second: International and Arab experiences are considered successful models that can be used and benefited from in the field of environmental security and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
