L’ia Au Cœur De La Communication Organisationnelle

Résumé
L’intelligence artificielle (IA) fait référence aux algorithmes des systèmes informatisés qui imitent les fonctions associées aux attributs humains tels que la vision, la parole, le traitement du langage, l’apprentissage et la résolution des problèmes, dans ce contexte les organisations s’appuient de plus en plus sur l’IA pour la gestion des opérations, la prise de décisions et les informations à communiquer. Dans ce contexte l’approche communicationnelle de l’IA met généralement l’accent sur comment prendre en charge certains aspects opérationnels tels que les rapports automatisés et l’analyse des big data. Notre article ne porte pas sur ces aspects mais il vise à explorer les changements révolutionnaires de ladite technologie sur les différentes organisations, ainsi que le travail de leur communicants, et ce afin de comprendre et d’anticipé les futures évolutions l’IA pouvant impacter les métiers de communication. Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to algorithms in computerized systems that mimic functions associated with human attributes such as vision, speech, language processing, learning and problem solving, in this context organizations are increasingly relying on “AI” for operations management, decision-making and information reporting. In this context the communication approach to “AI” generally focuses on how to support certain operational aspects such as automated reporting and big data analysis. Our article does not focus on these aspects but it aims to explore the revolutionary changes of said technology on different organizations, as well as the work of their communicators, in order to understand and anticipate future developments in “AI” that may impact the communications professions.
