البحث العلمي فِي العُلُومِ الإِنْسانيَّةِ والِاجْتِماعيَّةِ بَيْنَ الصَّرامَةِ العِلْميَّةِ المَطْلوبَةِ والتَّحَدّياتِ الأَخْلاقيَّةِ المَفْروضَةِ

الملخص
تضع دراسة مشكلات مسكوت عنها أو مراد لها أن تظلّ في حكم المخفيّ والنُكرة الاجتماعية، الباحث أمام اكراهات وحدود وفواصل ذات مضمون أخلاقي، لعلّ أوّلها أنّ البحث في هذه الموضوعات يقتحم عالم مخفيّ أو عالم ثان يصرّ الأفراد أو الجماعات موضوع الدراسة على مجهوليته واستبعاد معرفة المجتمع به توجّسا من المخاطر والأضرار النفسية والاجتماعية المحتملة التي قد تطالهم. وهو ما يوجب استشكال علاقة البحث في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بالاعتبارات الأخلاقية وهذا التوتّر الذي تخفيه بين الحرية الأكاديمية ومسؤولية الباحث وبين تقدم المعرفة واحترام المشاركين الذين هم في أساس هذا التقدم، والتوتر أيضا بين المفاهيم المختلفة لما هي الأخلاق وهدفها والتعبير الملموس عنها: فكيف للبحث العلمي أن يستجيب الى صرامة التمشي المنهجي الذي يمنح معرفته المنتجة شرعيتها العلمية وموضوعيتها وفي الآن ذاته أن يلتزم بقيم وقواعد أخلاقية تسيّج حدود بحثه وتفرض عليه ضوابط ما؟ يضعنا هذا الاشكال المركزي أمام أسئلة إشكالية فرعية على هذا النحو: هل أنّ البحث العلمي مطالب فعلا بتبنّي هذه التحديات الأخلاقية والاستجابة لها؟ وما هي هذه التحدّيات أو الاعتبارات الأخلاقية التي تطرح نفسها على البحث العلمي في الموضوعات /التبوهات؟ والى أي مدى تمسّ هذه الاستجابة للاعتبارات الأخلاقية علمية المعرفة المنتجة أو تشكّل تهديدا لعلمية البحوث في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية؟ The study of problems that are unheard of or intended to remain in the rule of hidden and social invisibility, puts the researcher in front of constraints, limits and breaks with moral content, perhaps the first of which is that research on these topics breaks into a hidden world or a second world that insists individuals or groups under study On its anonymity and the exclusion of society's knowledge of it out of fear of the risks and possible psychological and social damages that may affect them. This necessitates the relationship of research in the humanities and social sciences to ethical considerations and this tension that it conceals between academic freedom and the responsibility of the researcher and the progress of knowledge and respect for the participants who are at the basis of this progress, There is also tension between the different concepts of what ethics is, its purpose and its concrete expression: how can scientific research respond to the rigor of methodological approach that gives its productive knowledge its scientific legitimacy and objectivity while adhering to ethical values and rules that fence the boundaries of its research and impose certain controls on it? This central problem presents us with sub-problematic questions like this: Is scientific research really required to embrace and respond to these ethical challenges? What are these ethical challenges or considerations that present themselves to scientific research on subjects/taboos? To what extent does this response to ethical considerations affect the scientific knowledge produced or pose a threat to the scientificity of research in the humanities and social sciences?
