Role Of The Legislative System In Establishing Legal Protection Of Algeria's Tourism Property

Abstract

The civil protection established by law for national property is one of the most important rules adopted by Algerian legislation for the control of public property. s private ownership and ownership of individuals, Where civil protection means the set of provisions contained in the rules of the Civil Code to secure the public king and protecting it to play its mandated role in the full service of the public good, Thus, the public owner may not dispose of public funds as public utility funds. And may not be seized by the owner's creditors, they may not be acquired by statute of limitations, no matter how long they are placed on them. In order to preserve the property intended for industrial and tourism investment, Algerian legislation has adopted a series of legal mechanisms aimed at ensuring effective and preventive control; these mechanisms are planned under preparation and reconstruction instruments and sectoral schemes.
