الملخص
ملخص: إن الملاحظ حول المجتمعات الرافدية القديمة أنها ليست كغيرها من الأمم، بحيث نجد لها مقومات خاصة وكفيلة بقيام حضاراتها، فدخول هذه المجتمعات مرحلة العصور التاريخية القديمة قد شكّل فيما بينها أحد المنعرجات البارزة في مسار تطور القرية نحو المدينة، الأمر الذي قد يُعلي من شأنها، وبما أنّ الهدف من بحثنا توضيح كيفية بروز النّواة الأولى لِلقرى التي تطورت إلى مدن بحيث توفرت لديها عوامل الاستقرار، فقد تشكّلت العديد من العوامل و تراكمت عنها عدة نتائج، كان من شأنها أن تُلح على تبني أنظمة وقوانين، وعادات وأعراف خاصة بها، ثم إنّ المرور من شكل القرية إلى شكل المدينة الموّسع قد يأخذ أشكالاً ونِسباً متفاوتة من منطقة إلى أخرى وفق مختلف المعطيات البيئية والجغرافية، وهو ما قد ينجم عنه تماثل في التنوعات الجهوية. Abstract: The noticeable about the ancient Mesopotamian societies that they are not like other nations, so that we find them special ingredients and sufficient for the establishment of their civilizations, the entry of these societies stage of antiquity historical times has formed among them one of the prominent turns in the course of the development of the village towards the city, which may raise it, and since the goal of our research to clarify how the emergence of the first nucleus of villages that have evolved into cities so that they have the factors of stability, many factors have been formed and accumulated several results, It would have insisted on the adoption of regulations and laws, Moreover, the passage from the shape of the village to the expanded form of the city may take different forms and proportions from one region to another, according to various environmental and geographical data, and it may result in similarity in regional diversity.
