دور ذكاء الأعمال في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية - دراسة لعينة من الموظفين في معهد باستور بالجزائر العاصمة -

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع ذكاء الأعمال في معهد باستور بالجزائر العاصمة والتعرف على الدور الذي يؤديه ذكاء الأعمال في المنظمات الصحية وهل يحقق جودة وكفاءة وفعالية في تقديم الخدمات الصحية للمستفيدين من خدمات المعهد. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعن طريق البيانات التي تم جمعها من مجتمع الدراسة تم تحليل إجابة 30 مستخدم نهائي لذكاء الأعمال (BI) بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ذكاء الأعمال بمختلف عوامله وبين تحسن جودة الخدمات الصحية. This study aimed to uncover the reality of business intelligence at the Pasteur Institute in Algiers, Algeria, and to understand the role that business intelligence plays in healthcare organizations and whether it achieves quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivering healthcare services to the beneficiaries of the institute's services. This study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, and through the data collected from the study community, the responses of 30 final users of Business Intelligence (BI) were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The study's results concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between business intelligence and the .improvement of healthcare service quality
