التخطيط اللغوي ودوره في تكوين الملكة التبليغية عند المتعلمين في ظل التعدد اللغوي

الملخص
ملخص: يعالج هذا المقال أهمية التخطيط اللغوي في تكوين الملكة التبليغية عند المتعلمين في المراحل الأولى من التعليم خاصة في ظل التعدد اللغوي الذي يتفاعل داخلة المتعلم الجزائري، وذلك من خلال تتبع المشكلات اللغوية وتحديدها بدقة ثم اقتراح الحلول والبدائل لمعالجة هذه المشكلات، فتتم دراسة الوضع اللغوي على الصعيدين الخارجي والداخلي من خلال تجانس الفوج الدراسي وتلاؤمه، كما يتم وضع البدائل في مضمون المادة التعليمية من خلال انتقاء المفردات والتعابير اللغوية واعتماد مبدأ التدرج في عرض المادة اللغوية حسب مستويات المتعلمين واحتياجاتهم اللغوية التي تمكنهم من تحقيق النجاعة التبليغية على المستويين الشفاهي والكتابي للحفاظ على مكانة اللغة العربية في ظل التعدد اللغوي الذي يعيشه المتعلم في الوسط التعليمي والاجتماعي. Abstract: This article deals with the Importance of linguistic planning in formation of reporting queen among learners in the early stages of education, especially in light of the linguistic diversity in which the Algerian learner interacts. This is done by teaching and identifying linguistic problems accurately and then proposing solutions and alternatives to address these problems. The linguistic situation is studied on both the external levels through the homogeneity and suitability of the academic cohort. Alternatives are also developed in the content of the educational material through the selection of vocabulary and linguistic expressions and the adoption of the principles of gradualism in the presentation of the linguistic material according to the learner's level and their linguistic needs that enable them to achieve communicative efficiency at the oral and written levels, in order to preserve the status of the Arabic language in light of the multilingualism experienced by the learner in the educational and social environment.
