الملخص
الملخص لقد أكدت التطورات السريعة التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر في شتى المجالات المعرفية أن تقدم المجتمعات أصبح اليوم مرهونا بنوعية مناهجها التعليمية المتطورة، وتطوير مختلف الأداءات البيداغوجية والتخلص من التبعية المقيتة. وتسعى العملية التعليمية المعاصرة إلى تكوين الفرد تكوينا عقليا واعيا ذلك عن طريق إكسابه جملة من المهارات في مجالات متعددة تجعله قادرا على التطور والاستمرار والمواجهة. واكتساب اللغة هو إحدى هذه المهارات بل أهمها جميعا لأنها تستعمل في نطاق واسع، ويتم اكتسابها عن طريق المشافهة والتدريب المستمر واللذين بهما ترسخ الملكة وتجود كما يرى ابن خلدون. الكلمات المفتاحية: الملكة اللغوية، الأسس التربوية، العملية التعليمية. The educational bases of the linguistic proficiency access for learners Abstract The rapid developments in the contemporary world in various fields of knowledge have confirmed that the progress of societies is now dependent on the quality of their advanced educational curricula, the development of various pedagogic performances and the elimination of abhorrent subordination. The contemporary educational process seeks to create the individual conscious mental formation by providing him with a range of skills in a variety of fields that make him capable of development, continuity and confrontation. The acquisition of language is one of these skills, but the most important of them all because it is widely used, and is acquired through the oral interaction and continuous training, which are proficiently established and the success of every productive act as Ibn Khaldun believes.
