الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة الموسومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وانعكاساته الاقتصادية على العالم، إلى التطرق للذكاء الاصطناعي من حيث الأهمية والخصائص، وتوضيح العلاقة بين الذكاء البشري والذكاء الاصطناعي، من حيث استخدام الرموز في التعامل والمعالجة والتعرف على الأشياء، ووضع الحلول للمشكلات واستخدام الخبرات المكتسبة للإنسان الخبير في مجال ما، كما تشير العديد من الدراسات والبحوث إلى الآثار والانعكاسات الاقتصادية المتوقعة لتفعيل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية على مستوى العالمي وذلك من حيث مستوى الناتج والإنتاجية وزيادة الطلب وأسواق العمل وزيادة الدخل، فقد ساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل كبير في اتخاذ القرارات وأداء الاعمال بدقة وبسهولة التنفيذ، هذا ما يستلزم ضرورة تبني آليات الذكاء الاصطناعي. This necessitates the adoption of artificial intelligence mechanisms at the level of economic institutions.
