التعصب القومي وعلاقته بواقع المصطلح اللساني العربي: دراسة نفسية مصطلحية

الملخص
تسعى ورقتنا البحثية هذه إلى معالجة إشكالية التعصب القومي وعلاقته بواقع المنظومة المصطلحية للسانيات العربية. وذلك بالاستعانة ببعض المفاهيم والحقائق العلمية التي يتيحها لنا علم النفس والمصطلحية . وقد توصلنا في نهاية الورقة إلى ضبط مجموعة من الحلول والمقترحات العلاجية لهذه الإشكالية. نلخصها: في ضرورة رد الاعتبار لمجامعنا وهيئاتنا اللغوية الفاعلة، وتمكينها قانونيًّا من فرض رأيها العلمي ورقابتها المصطلحية واللسانية، وحتى التنظيمية على ساحة البحث اللغوي العربي؛ فهي الوحيدة المخول لها مسؤولية معاينة وتشخيص كل تلك السلوكيات والتجاوزات العلمية واللغوية التي يمارسها بعض المشارقة والمغاربة في حق المصطلح اللساني العربي، والتي لا تعبر إلا عن توجههم القومي وتحيّزهم لكل ما ينشر في أقطارهم من مصطلحات وألفاظ لسانية متنوعة. Our paper attempts to address the problem of national intolerance and its relationship to the reality of the terminological system; of Arabic linguistics. through the use of some scientific concepts facts that psychology and terminology allow us At the end of it¸ we were able to reach set of solutions and remedial proposals for this problem we summarize it: in the necessity of respecting our effective linguistics associations and bodies¸ and enabling them legally to impose their scientific opinion and their terminological and linguistic control and even organizational on the arena of Arabic linguistic research; because it is the only one that has the responsibility to examine and address all those scientific and linguistic behavior and transgressions practiced by some easterners and Moroccans against the Arabic linguistic term. Which only represent their national orientation and bias towards all the various linguistic term and expressions published in their countries.
