تأثير جائحة كوفيد-19 على المؤسسات الصينية / The Impact Of Covid-19 Pandemic On Chinese Companies

الملخص

ملخص: كان لجائحة كوفيد-19 تأثير كبير على المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات في الصين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير الجائحة على المؤسسات الصينية وإلى استكشاف السياسات التي تبنتها كل من هذه الأخيرة والحكومة الصينية في التعامل مع آثارها السلبية. ولقد تم التوصل إلى أن المؤسسات عانت على الأقل من إحدى القيود التالية: نقص التدفق النقدي، نقص في العمالة والمواد الأولية، الغاء الطلبيات، واضطرابات في سلاسل التوريد. ولتسريع وتيرة التعافي من آثار الأزمة تم تبني العديد من السياسات الفعالة من قبل المؤسسات كالاعتماد على التقنيات الحديثة واعتماد ترتيبات عمل مرنة، أما الحكومة فعملت على التخفيف من الضغوطات المالية والإدارية على الشركات و تقديم الدعم اللازم لهم من أجل البقاء. Abstract: Covid-19 has had an enormous impact on companies in various sectors in China. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of the pandemic on Chinese companies, and to explore the policies adopted by them and by the Chinese government to deal with its negative effects. It was found that Chinese companies have suffered from at least one of the following restrictions: cash flow shortage, labor and raw materials shortage, order cancellation, and disruptions in the supply chain. To accelerate the recovery from the effects of the crisis, many effective policies have been adopted by companies, such as: relying on modern technologies and adopting flexible work arrangements, and by government like: reducing the financial and administrative pressures on companies, and providing them with the necessary support to survive.
