معيقات الوعي الثقافي لأسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من منظور العاملين في المراكز النفسية البيداغوجية Obstacles To The Cultural Awareness Of Families With Special Needs, From The Perspective Of Workers In Psycho Educational Centers

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة تحديد أهم معيقات التي تقف حاجزا امام تحسين الوعي الثقافي لأاسر الاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من جهة، ومحاولة ابراز أثر هذه الموانع على التكفل الامثل بأطفالهم من وجهة نظر المختصين العاملين مع الاطفال المعاقين في المراكز المختصة، بالاعتماد على عينة اساسية بلغت: 98 من المختصين عبر مختلف مناطق الوطن، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة لأهم الموانع والمعيقات لتثقيف اسر المعاقين، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتلائم مع مثل هده الدراسات الوصفية التي تعتمد على طريقة المسح في البداية، وقد تم التوصل الى أن أهم محاور المعيقات هي من جانب المجتمع ومن جانب المختصين ومن جانب الاسرة نفسها، كما تبين انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة أي المختصين على اداة الدراسة. كما تبين ان لهذه المعياقات تأثير كبير على عملية التكفل بأطفالهم اي كان الاثر بدرجة كبيرة. This study aims to try to identify the most important barriers that stand as a barrier to improving the cultural awareness of families of children, and Determine the effect of these barriers on the optimal care of their children, by accreditation basic samples amounted: 98 specialists across the various regions of the country, and in order to achieve the objectives,a questionnaire was built for the most important barriers to edification families, and adopted the descriptive approach that is compatible with such studies, and it has been concluded that the obstacle axes are on the part of society, on the specialists, and of the family itself.
