الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أهمية استعمال أسلوب البرمجة الخطية من أجل وضع خطة إنتاجية لفرع المضادات الحيوية بالمدية – صيدال– كما يركز على تحليل الحساسية وكيفية استخدامها في تكيف البرنامج المتحصل عليه مع تغيرات الطلب؛ وكذا مع قيود الموارد الإنتاجية بغرض التماشي مع الأساليب الحديثة في تسيير وتخطيط الإنتاج. وبالنظر إلى النتائج الرقمية المتوصل إليها اتضح لنا أن الفرع لم يحمل ملامح استراتيجية فيما يتعلق بوظيفة الإنتاج، بحكم وجود نقائص عدة خاصة في جانب تخطيط الإنتاج الإجمالي، كما أنّ مخطط الإنتاج المعد من قبل الفرع لا يوفر تلك المعلومات التي تتم الرقابة على أساسها نظرا لأنها تمثل خطة غير واقعية؛ وبالتالي فلن تفيد في تحسين العمليات مستقبلا. RÉSUMÉ Cette recherche vise à clarifier l'importance d'utiliser la méthode de programmation linéaire pour élaborer un plan de production pour la branche des antibiotiques à Médéa – Sidal- , ainsi que l'analyse de sensibilité et comment l'utiliser pour adapter le programme obtenu à l'évolution de la demande ; Ainsi qu'avec les limitations des ressources productives afin de se conformer aux méthodes modernes de gestion et de planification de la production. Au vu des résultats chiffrés atteints, il nous est apparu clairement que la branche ne portait pas de caractéristiques stratégiques vis-à-vis de la fonction de production, en vertu de la présence de plusieurs lacunes, notamment sous l'aspect de la planification totale de la production, et le plan de production préparé par la branche des antibiotiques ne fournit pas les informations sur lesquelles se fonde le contrôle, étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un plan irréaliste ; Par conséquent, cela ne sera pas utile pour améliorer les opérations à l'avenir. ABSTRACT This research aims to clarify the importance of using the linear programming method in order to develop a production plan for the antibiotics branch in Medea – Sidal -. It also focuses on sensitivity analysis and how to use it in adapting the obtained program to changes in demand; As well as with the limitations of productive resources in order to comply with modern methods of management and production planning. In view of the numerical results reached, it became clear to us that the branch did not carry strategic features with regard to the production function, by virtue of the presence of several deficiencies, especially in the aspect of total production planning, and the production plan prepared by the branch does not provide that information on which control is based, given that it represents unrealistic plan; Therefore, it will not be useful in improving operations in the future.
