الملخص

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المعوقات الاجتماعية لتمثل العامل لثقافة المؤسسة باعتبار ان العامل في المؤسسة هو الركيزة الأساسية فيها، حيث تم تطبيق تقنية الاستمارة بمؤسسة سونلغاز بأدرار والذي بلغ عددهم 180 عامل، حيث قمنا بمسح شامل لمجتمع الدراسة، وعلى هذا الأساس سعت الدراسة إلى التحقق من الفرضية العامة لظروف الاجتماعية للعامل وثقافة المجتمع التي نشأ عليها العامل المعوق لتمثل العامل الجزائري لثقافة المؤسسة،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان للظروف الاجتماعية للعامل وثقافة المجتمع التي نشأ عليها العامل المعوق لتمثل العامل الجزائري لثقافة المؤسسة في مؤسسة سونلغاز فيما يتعلق بقيمة العمل بشكل كبير باعتبار ان العمل بالنسبة للعامل الجزائري وسيلة للحصول على راتب كل شهر. كما ان لقيمة الوقت لدى العمال في مؤسسة سونلغاز معوقا لتمثل العامل لثقافة المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال تمسكه بالذهنية الريفية داخل المؤسسة ، إضافة إلى تحمل المسؤولية وعدم الحفاظ على الممتلكات والمال العام. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعوقات الاجتماعية،الثقافة، ثقافة المؤسسة Abstract : This study seeks to know the social obstacles to represent the factor of the culture of the institution, considering that the employee in the institution is the main pillar in it, where the application of the technology form at the Sonelgaz Foundation in Adrar , which numbered 180 workers, where we conducted a comprehensive survey of the study community, and on this basis the study sought to verify the The general hypothesis of the social conditions of the worker and the culture of the society on which the disabled worker was raised to represent the Algerian factor of the institution’s culture, and the study concluded that the social conditions of the worker and the culture of the society on which the disabled factor grew up represent the Algerian factor of the institution’s culture in the Sonelgaz institution with regard to the value of work largely considering that the work For the Algerian worker, it is a way to get a salary every month.
