الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي كأحد أهم المفاهيم السوسيولوجية الأساسية في علم الاجتماع، لاسيما علم اجتماع الجريمة والانحراف، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى كوسيلة رقابة اجتماعية وأداة وظيفية لدى النظام الاجتماعي من اجل ضبط السلوكات الانحرافية والإجرامية للأفراد، ولقد حاولت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أهم الإشكاليات الراهنة والمعاصرة والتي أصبحت تهدد الإنسان في سلامته والمتعلقة بالممارسات الانحرافية والإجرامية في حق البيئة وكيفية التصدي لها من خلال وسائل وأدوات الضبط الاجتماعي، سواء الرسمية منها أو غير الرسمية This study aims to discuss the concept of social control as one of the most important basic sociological concepts in sociology, especially the social criminology and deviation on the one hand, and as a means of social control and a functional tool for the social system on the other hand in order to control the deviant and criminal behaviors of individuals. So this study tried to shed light on the most important current and contemporary problems that threaten human safety and security related to deviant and criminal practices against the environment and how to counter them through means and tools of social control, whether formal or informal, by highlighting the relationship between the mechanisms of social control as a social actor and the daily practices of individuals related the ecological environment and the role of these means in achieving balance and integration within the social construction system through the embodiment and devoting of the social and environmental systems and values agreed upon by the group.
