الانتماء الوطني لدى الشباب أزمة هوية وانتماء أم انفتاح ثقافي؟

الملخص
يعاني العالم اليوم من أزمة هوية وانتماء، وشعور الشباب بالاغتراب وفقدان الهوية الوطنية، مما يهدد حياة المجتمعات، وتكثر هذه الظاهرة لدى الشباب العربي، في أكثر الدول العربية، بسبب غلبة القيم المادية في المجتمع، والانفتاح الثقافي وضعف الوازع الديني، والثورة المعلوماتية وظهور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي ساهمت بشكل كبير في نشر الكثير الأفكار الجديدة التي قد يكون بعضها متطرفاً أو مما لا يأتلف مع القيم والتقاليد العربية. لذا جاء هذا البحث ليحقق جملة من الأهداف، فهو يعترف أولاً بخصوصية قضايا الشباب، بناة الغد، إذ يمثل تطوير أوضاع الشباب استحقاقاً اجتماعياً وتنموياً على الدول السعي لتحقيقه، وهو ثانياً سيحاول ايجاد العنصر المفقود في معادلة الانتماء الوطني، فما الذي يحتاجه الشاب العربي عموماً، والعراقي بوجه خاص، ليشعر بالوطنية وحب الوطن؟ على أن تكون الوطنية الحقة وليست المتطرفة أو الهدامة التي لا تعترف بالآخر. Abstract: Today, the world suffers from a crisis of identity and belonging, and the youth’s sense of alienation and the loss of national identity, which threatens the life of societies. This phenomenon abounds among Arab youth, in most Arab countries, because of the predominance of material values in society, cultural openness, weak religious faith, the information revolution and the rise of social media, all of which contributed greatly to the dissemination of many new ideas, some of which may be extremist or not compatible with Arab values and traditions. Therefore, this research came to achieve a number of goals. Firstly, it recognizes the specificity of youth issues, the builders of tomorrow, as the development of youth conditions represents a social and developmental entitlement that countries must strive to achieve. Secondly, it will try to find the missing element in the equation of national belonging, so what does the Arab youth need in general? And the Iraqi in particular, to feel patriotism? Provided that it must be the true patriotism and not extremist or destructive that does not recognize the other.
