International Cooperation In Combating Cybercrime

Abstract
The abstract should be written within 100 words The objective of this study is to explore and identify the emerging features of cybercrime, which relies on leveraging scientific and technological assets, as well as utilizing communication means and information networks. This research includes the analysis of the concept of cybercriminality, as well as the assessment of the effectiveness of international security and judicial cooperation mechanisms in combating it. هدف هذه الدراسة يتمثل في محاولة استكشاف وتحديد ملامح الجريمة السيبرانية الناشئة، والتي تستند إلى استغلال الإمكانيات العلمية والتكنولوجية واستفادة من وسائل الاتصال وشبكات المعلومات. يتضمن هذا البحث تحليل مفهوم الجريمة المعلوماتية، وتقييم فعالية آليات التعاون الأمني والقضائي الدولي في مكافحتها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجهها. L'objectif de cette étude vise à explorer et identifier les caractéristiques du cybercrime émergent, qui s'appuie sur l'exploitation des potentialités scientifiques et technologiques ainsi que sur l'utilisation des moyens de communication et des réseaux d'information. Cette recherche englobe l'analyse du concept de cybercriminalité, ainsi que l'évaluation de l'efficacité des mécanismes de coopération internationale en matière de sécurité et de justice pour la combattre.
