دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في توعية الطلاب بموضوعات التنمية المستدامة: دراسة ميدانية على البعد البيئي لدى عينة من طلاب قسم إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الملك خالد

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في توعية الطلاب بموضوعات التنمية المستدامة، حيث تم التركيز على البعد البيئي باعتباره من أهم مواضيع التنمية المستدامة. أكدت الدراسة المطبقة على عينة من طلاب قسم إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الملك خالد أن دور أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في توعية الطلاب بهذا البعد هو بدرجة قليلة، وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة للجامعة. أما الممارسة الفعلية للبعد البيئي من طرف الطلاب في حياتهم اليومية فكان بدرجة متوسطة. كما أكدت نتائج الانحدار أن دور الهيئة التدريسية له أثر موجب وذو دلالة إحصائية على الممارسة الفعلية لهذا البعد من طرف الطلاب في حياتهم اليومية وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة للجامعة، كما بينت طريقة Stepwise أن الجامعة تمارس أثرا فعالا وذو دلالة إحصائية مقارنة بالهيئة التدريسية. في ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات التي تسمح بالرقي والرفع من دور أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والجامعة ككل في توعية الطلاب بالبعد البيئي باعتباره أحد المرتكزات الأساسية لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية الشاملة في رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. This research paper aims to study the role of faculty members in raising students' awareness of sustainable development topics, with a specific focus on the environmental dimension as one of the key aspects of sustainable development ; The study, conducted on a sample of students from the Department of Business Administration at King Khalid University, confirmed that the role of faculty members in raising students' awareness of this dimension is limited, and the same applies to the university as a whole. As for the actual practice of the environmental dimension by students in their daily lives, it was found to be moderate. The regression results also confirmed that the role of faculty members has a positive and statistically significant impact on students' actual practice of this dimension in their daily lives, as well as for the university. The Stepwise method indicated that the university has a more effective and statistically significant impact compared to the teaching staff. the study presented a set of recommendations that would enhance and improve the role of faculty members and the university as a whole in raising students' awareness of the environmental dimension as a fundamental pillar for achieving comprehensive environmental sustainability in the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030.
