آفاق النظام العالمي في ظل أزمة القيادة الأمريكية

الملخص
ملخص: تميزت فترة ما بعد الحرب الباردة إلى اليوم كونها مرحلة انتقالية في طور النظام العالمي ، وإن سادتها اللحظة الأمريكية وتفرد ها بقيادة العالم كقوة وحيدة؛ إلا أنها كانت فترة اللاستقرار وسادها خطاب الانتصار الغربي الليبرالي، وانتصار عصر الديمقراطية المطلق على ما عداه من المنظومات الحضارية، وأدت محاولات فرض هذا النموذج على بقية العالم بالقوة إلى إفلاس المنظومة القيمية الحاكمة، وانهيار نموذج القيادة الأمريكية في ظل الفوضى واللانظام وهشاشة المؤسسات الدولية، وتردي حالة الاقتصاد العالمي. في هذا السياق؛ تطرح عدة سيناريوهات لمستقبل النظام العالمي في ظل التراجع الأمريكي والغربي عموما وصعود قوى إقليمية بديلة لنظام عالمي بديل، بين أفول اللحظة الأمريكية وبوادر ظهور نظام عالمي متعدد الأقطاب، يتضمن نماذج وتصورات حضارية متعددة . كلمات مفتاحية: النظام العالمي، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الأزمة النظمية. Abstract: The post-Cold War period to the day was characterised of being a transition phase in the international system . Although america was the world powerfull and leading country, however, it was a period of instability and the overwhelming speech of Western liberal victory, as well as the triumph of the what is known as the democratic era , apart from other civilized systems at that time. And the attempts of impositioning this model to the rest of the world by force led to the bankruptcy of the value of the ruling party, and the collapse of American leadership model in the chaos and disorder and the fragility of the international institutions, and the deterioration of the global economy. In this context; several scenarios for the future of the world order between the demise of the American times and the signs of the emergence of a multipolar world order, includes models and multi-cultural perceptions.
