الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل أبرز متغيرات التنافس بين إيران وتركيا في منطقة آسيا الوسطى والقوقاز، ومحاولة كل طرف منهما الحفاظ على التوازنات الدقيقة في المنطقة باستغلال الفرص وتوسيع دائرة الخيارات عبر الاستثمار في عدة معطيات اقتصادية، سياسية، حضارية وجيبولتيكية) ، كما تركز هذه الدراسة محاور الخلاف الأساسية بين الطرفين في ، والأدوار التي يقوم بها كل طرف في المنطقة. وتوصلت الدراسة بأن أسس التنافس بين الدولتين ترتكز بشكل كبير على البعدين المعياري والبراغماتي مع أفضلية تركية. This research paper seeks to analyze the most prominent variables of the competition between Iran and Turkey in the Central Asia and Caucasus region, and the attempt of each party to maintain the delicate balances in the region by exploiting opportunities and expanding the circle of options by investing in several economic, political, civilizational and geopolitical dimensions. In addition, this study focuses on the main points of disagreement between the two countries, and the roles played by each country in the region . The study concluded that the foundations of competition between the two countries are based on the normative and pragmatic dimensions, with a Turkish advantage in the economic field.
