الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على أهم الأسباب والعوامل الدافعة لتفشي ظاهرة التسرب الجامعي في الجزائر وأدق النتائج المترتبة عنه, ونظرا لأهمية الموضوع من الجانب العلمي و العملي في الجزائر, تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحصيل معرفة علمية واقعية من خلال تقصي الجانب النظري والميداني بالاعتماد على استبيان الكتروني وزع على عينة قصدية من طلبة العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي, وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن من دوافع التسرب الجامعي: الظروف المعيشية للطالب وكذا عدم توفر مناصب الشغل لحاملي الشهادات الجامعية, وكذا عدم تحصل الطالب على التخصص المطلوب The study aims to identify the main causes and motivating factors for the spread of the phenomenon of university dropout in Algeria and its resulting consequences. Due to the importance of the topic from both a scientific and practical perspective in Algeria, a descriptive approach was used to acquire realistic scientific knowledge by examining the theoretical and field aspects through the distribution of an electronic questionnaire to a purposive sample of students in the humanities and social sciences via social media networks. The study found that among the motivations for university dropout are the living conditions of students, the lack of job opportunities for university graduates, and the inability of students to obtain the desired specialization. key words : University dropout.Student.Non-academic conditions
