شروط و ضوابط حوار الحضارات في الإسلام

الملخص

للحوار جملة من الشروط والضوابط والأسس وجب الالتزام بها على مستوى العالم الإسلامي لتفعيل الحوار بين الحضارات، وترسيخ قيم التسامح والتعايش السلمي التي جاء بـها ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف،تجسيدا لوحدة النوع الإنساني وتحقيقا لأسس سواسية الناس في الخلقة وتحقيقا لإرادة الله عز وجـل في جعلهم شعوبا وقبائل ليتعارفوا،وبذلك يؤتى الحوار ثـمرته الـمرجوة تعميق مفهوم التعايش بين الأمم والشعوب، والتوصل لأرضية تفاهم مشتركة بينهم، وهذا مايتناقض مع الطرح الذي يدعو للصراع الحضاري، والصدام بين الحضارات والثقافات والذي يشكل تهديدا مباشرا للإنسانية، بهذا استقرار وأمن المجتمعات، وعليه فديننا الإسلامي الحنيف قد وضع شروطا وضوابطا لتعزيز الحوار لكل طرف بحيث كل طرف يقدر ويحترم الطرف الآخر ولا يقتحم مرجعيته وخصوصيته الثقافية كـما يرفض الإسلام إلغاء الحضارات الأخرى أو تهميشها أو سيطرة حضارة على أخرى،لذلك يسعى هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء عل جملة الشروط والضوابط للحوار الحضاري التي تحقق الاستقرار وتخدم الـمصالح العليا الأمة الإسلامية. Dialogue has a set of conditions, controls, and foundations that must be adhered to at the level of the Islamic world in order to promote dialogue among civilizations and consolidate the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence brought by our Islamic religion, embodying the unity of the human species, achieving the foundations of the equality of people in creation, and achieving the will of God Almighty in making them peoples and tribes to know each other.Dialogue thus results in a desirable deepening of the concept of coexistence among nations and peoples and a common ground of understanding between them. This is contrary to the proposition that calls for the civilizational conflict, a clash between civilizations and cultures, and poses a direct threat to humanity, and hence the stability and security of societies.Thus, our religion, Islam, has established conditions and controls to promote dialogue so that each party values and respects the other and does not break into its own cultural authority and specificity as Islam refuses to abolish, marginalize, or control other civilizations.This research therefore seeks to highlight the various conditions and controls for cultural dialogue that achieve stability and serve the highest interests of the Islamic Ummah
