الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تعريف فعالية القيادة الإدارية وتسليط الضوء على أهميتها وأهم الجوانب المؤثرة فيها، ومعرفة أهم المهارات والخصائص التي يتصف بها القائد الفعال لتسيير المؤسسة بفعالية وتحقيق أهدافها ولا يخفى على أحد أن التحديات التي تواجهها التنظيمات والمؤسسات بصفة عامة في ظل المنافسة القوية بين مختلف المؤسسات ، و التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي فرض على التنظيمات مواكبته ومسايرته من أجل تحقيق فعالية وانتاجية أكثر تسمح لها بالبقاء ، وهذا ما يحتاج إلى قيادة إدارية تساهم في تطوير المؤسسة وتحقيق أهدافها المسطرة، وهذا ما سنركز عليه في هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال الوقوف على أهم الكفاءات والمهارات القيادية التي ينبغي أن تتوفر في القيادة الإدارية حتى تكون أكثر فعالية لتحقيق نجاح المؤسسة وتطورها. this paper aims to define the effectiveness of management leadership, highlight its importance and the most important aspects of its impact, and know the most important skills and characteristics of an effective leader to effectively conduct the enterprise and achieve its objectives. It is no secret that the challenges faced by regulators and institutions in general in light of the strong competition between different institutions and the scientific and technological development that regulations have been forced to keep pace and proceed in order to achieve greater effectiveness and productivity that allow them to survive, This requires managerial leadership that contributes to the development of the organization and the achievement of its rightful goals. This is what we will focus on in this paper by identifying the most important competencies and leadership skills that should be in management leadership to be more effective for the success and development of the organization
