نظام الأولويّات، المنهج الأمثل لتأسيس تنميةٍ مستدامة

الملخص
عُني البحث باستقراء المظاهر التنمويّة المستدامة الكامنة في نظام الأولويّات (أو ذلك الترتيب الثّلاثي للحاجات والرّغبات الانسانيّة المادّية تحديداً). وبعد عرض مبسّط لأساسيات ذلك النّظام، ووقوفٍ سريع على مصطلح التنمية المستدامة ومقوّماته في المنهجين الإسلامي والوضعي، انتهى البحث إلى بيان معالم خفيّة متدسّسة في أطواء ذلك الترتيب الثلاثي، رأينا فيها بحقٍ ما يؤسّس للتنمية وما يضمن استدامتها حتى، وقد كان من ذلك أن فيه (أي نظام الأولويّات) هدياً خفياً إلى ترشيد الاستهلاك -بالنّهي عن الإسراف والتبذير-، ودعوةً إلى الادّخار وتقويماً لنهج الاستثمار، وتنزيلٌ لعدالة التوزيع، وتجسيدٌ فعلي لمعنى الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد والمحافظة عليها، وتمكينٌ من المساهمة المعقولة في التنمية المستدامة بضمانه الحد الأدنى الضّروري من الوُسع الحقيقي التي تنطلق منه هذه الأخيرة. This research is aimed to extrapolating aspects of sustainable development inherent in the system of priorities (or that tripartite arrangement of material human needs and desires in particular). After a simplified presentation of the basics of system of priorities, and fast stand on the term sustainable development and its components in both Islamic and traditional approaches. Find concluded that there are hidden features into that triple arrangement, which can be considered as a basis for development and can ensure sustainability. As a result, it seems that the system of priorities designed to; rationalize consumption and prevention of waste of resources, an invitation to the savings, rationalize of investment and achieving of distribution justice. Also, the system of priorities can achieve the optimal use and preservation of resources, and enable a reasonable contribution to sustainable development which ensure the necessary minimum amount of resources which the latter originates.
