الملخص
تتبين غائية هذه الورقة البحثية في دراسة مدى تأثير المتغير الجيوبوليتكي في صياغة ورسم توجهات السياسة الأمنية الروسية في عهد الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين، وهذا من خلال تفكيك دور الأطروحات الفكرية الجيواستراتيجية خاصة مع المدرسة الأوراسية الجديدة، وتوضيح معالم السلوك الأمني الروسي تجاه دوائره الجغرافية وأخذنا أوكرانيا كمثال توضيحي، وقد توصلنا إلى أن هناك تقاطع بين المشروع السياسي لبوتين مع الأطروحات الفكرية الجيوبوليتكية، وهو ما ساهم في تنامي تأثير دور المتغير الجيوبوليتكي في توجهات السياسة الامنية الروسية، وأن العملية العسكرية في أوكرانيا جزء كبير من خلفياتها هي الحتمية الجغرافية إضافة إلى الضرورة الاستراتيجية بمنع تمدد حلف الناتو وتوغله إلى العمق الاستراتيجي للأمن القومي الروسي. Abstract: The purpose of this research paper is evident in the study of the extent of the influence of the geopolitical variable in formulating and drawing the directions of Russian security policy in the era of President Vladimir Putin, and this is through dismantling the role of geostrategic intellectual theses, especially with the new Eurasian school, and clarifying the features of Russian security behavior towards its geographical circles, and we took Ukraine as an illustrative example. And we have concluded that there is an intersection between Putin's political project with geopolitical intellectual theses, which contributed to the growing influence of the role of the geopolitical variable in the directions of Russian security policy, and that the military operation in Ukraine is a large part of its background is the geographical inevitability in addition to the strategic necessity to prevent the extension of the alliance NATO and its incursion into the strategic depth of Russian national security.
