أسباب انتشار ظاهرة الطلاق في ولاية جيجل

الملخص
الطلاق ظاهرة قديمة قدم الزواج عرفتها جميع الأجناس عبر مختلف العصور غير أن استفحالها لم يبق ثابتا بل عرف تزايدا ملحوظا وخطيرا خاصة مع تفاقم أسباب حدوثه واختلافها من منطقة إلى أخرى. وعليه تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى الطلاق في المجتمع الجزائري بولاية جيجل وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع المعطيات على عينة من المطلقات والمطلقين ومنهج وصفي تحليلي وقد توصلت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - تعزى ظاهرة الطلاق في ولاية جيجل إلى الأسباب الاجتماعية. - تعزى ظاهرة الطلاق في ولاية جيجل إلى الأسباب الاقتصادية Divorce is a phenomenon as old as marriage, known to all races throughout the ages, but its exacerbation did not remain constant, but witnessed a noticeable and dangerous increase, especially with the exacerbation of the causes of its occurrence and its differences from one region to another. Accordingly, the current study aims to reveal the reasons that lead to divorce in the Algerian society in the state of Jijel. The study relied on collecting data on a sample of divorced women and men and a descriptive and analytical approach. The study reached the following results: - The phenomenon of divorce in the state of Jijel is due to social reasons. -The phenomenon of divorce in the state of Jijel is due to economic reasons.
