استخدام تقنية Chat Gpt في المكتبات الجامعية: بين الأهمية والإرباك

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن أهمية استخدام تقنية CHAT GPT في المكتبات الجامعية وأهم التحديات التي تطرحها، من خلال محاولة الإجابة عن حاجة اختصاصيو المعلومات لاستخدام وتوظيف هذه التقنية بالمكتبات الجامعية وأهم مجالاتها والقلق الذي تثيره وكيفية تجازه، ولقد كشفت مراجعة الأدبيات بأن إستخدام تقنية CHAT GPT أمرا غير حتمي لاختصاصي المعلومات في المكتبات الجامعية ورغم ذلك من شأنه أن يساهم في تقليل الجهد وعقلنة الوقت، مما يسمح له بالاهتمام بأمور أكثر تعقيدا، وذلك من خلال استخدامه كأدوات للبحث والبث الانتقائي واختيار مصطلحات البحث في قواعد البيانات وبناء استراتجيات للبحث وحتى للتدريس والترجمة والتلخيص، كما يساهم في تطوير البرمجيات الحرة وكشف الاخطاء الشفرات، ورغم ذلك لا يحل محل اختصاصي المعلومات، الا انه يطرح العديد من القضايا الامنية والفكرية حول طرق استخدامه، ما يدفع بالمكتبات للتحلي بروح المسؤولية في تكوين هيئة التدريس لتوعية وتدريب الطلبة أصول البحث ومحاذير الاستخدام في إطار احترام الملكة الفكرية . Abstract: The study aims to investigate the importance of using CHAT GPT technology in university libraries and the main challenges it poses. It attempts to address the need for utilizing this technology in university libraries, its key areas of application, the concerns it raises, and how to overcome them. Literature review has revealed that CHAT GPT technology contributes to reducing effort and time by serving as tools for research, selective broadcasting, selecting search terms in databases, teaching, translation, and summarization. It also contributes to the development of open-source software and detecting code errors. However, despite these benefits, it does not replace the expertise of information specialists. It does raise several security and intellectual issues regarding its usage methods, which necessitates librarians to assume responsibility in educating and training students on research ethics and the limitations of usage within the framework of respecting intellectual propert
