الملخص
يعد جهاز العدالة القائم على فكرة تحقيق العدل و مبادئ الشرعية أحد الركائز الأساسية لإرساء دولة القانون ، بالإضافة لكونه أهم مرفق عمومي يكفل له الدستور الاستقلالية وفقا لمقتضيات المادة 165 من التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 ، لذا عملت الجزائر منذ 1999 على السير الحسن لهذا المرفق إلى غاية إصدار قانون 15-03 المتعلق بعصرنة العدالة ، و بالتالي تهيئة بنية رقمية بإدخال تقنيات الإدارة الالكترونية له كوسيلة لترشيد العمل القضائي ووصولا لاستيراتيجية مشروع القضاء الالكتروني في الجزائر لسنة 2022 ،الهادف للرفع من المستوى الخدماتي لمرفق القضاء برمته و محاربة معالم البيروقراطية التي أثقلت كاهل الأشخاص الوطنية منها و الأجنبية . The justice system based on the idea of achieving justice and the principles of legitimacy is one of the main pillars for establishing the rule of law, in addition to being the most important public utility that the constitution guarantees independence in accordance with the requirements of Article 165 of the constitutional amendment of the year 2020, so Algeria has worked since 1999 on the good conduct of this facility until the issuance of Law 15-03 related to the modernization of justice, and thus the creation of a digital structure by introducing electronic management techniques for it as a means of rationalizing judicial work and reaching the strategy of the electronic judiciary project in Algeria for the year 2022, which aims to raise the level of services for the entire judicial facility and combat the features of bureaucracy that burden the national people, including And foreign .
