الملخص
تَدور هذه الدّراسة حول أهميّة تلمسان ودورها في مختلف مراحل تطوّراتها السياسية والعمرانية منذ العهد الروماني، مرورا بالأدارسة والمرابطين فالموحدين وانتهاء بالزيانيين، فقد ظلّت عاصمة للمغرب الأوسط لقرون، فهذه المدينة الأزلية زارها العلماء والصلحاء والرحالة والجغرافيون، فأعجبوا بها وكتبوا عنها الكثير. فقد عرفت تغيّرات وتحوّلات سياسية متواصلة ومختلفة من بوماريا إلى أغادير فتاكرارت، وتطوّرات عمرانية عبر مختلف الفترات التاريخية والتي بدأت ملامحها في التشكّل مع الأدارسة، واكتمل عمرانها مع الزيانيين والمرنيين وطيلة هاته الفترات استمر تعمير تلمسان وكثر عمرانها ما بين الدّيني والعسكري والاجتماعي والاقتصادي وهذا ما جعل المدينة تصمد في وجه الأخطار الداخلية والخارجية التي تعرّضت لها. This study revolves around the importance of Tlemcen and its role in the various stages of its political and urban developments since the Roman era, passing through the Idrisians, the Almoravids, the Unitarians, and ending with the Zayanis. It has been the capital of the central Maghreb for centuries. This eternal city was visited by scholars, righteous people, writers, travellers, and geographers, who admired it and wrote a lot about it. It has known continuous and different political changes and transformations from Pomaria to Agadir to Takarart, and urban developments throughout the various historical periods, whose features began to take shape with the Idrisians and then Almoravids. The Unitarians until its urbanization was completed with the Zayanis and Marinids, and throughout these periods, the reconstruction of Tlemcen continued and its urbanization increased between religious, military, social and economic, and this made the city withstand the internal and external dangers to which it was exposed.
