الملخص
ارتبط التطور الحضاري للإنسان بمستوى تطور استغلاله لمختلف الموارد البيئية والثروات الطبيعية، وكان تأثير الإنسان على الطبيعة محدودا جدا في البداية، لكنه سرعان ما تطور وانجر عنه عدة مشاكل أثرت على البيئة تأثيرا سلبيا نجم عنه تدهور للبيئة وتهديدا لثرواتها وإمكانياتها نتيجة للتطور الذي عرفه المجتمع في جميع المجالات، الأمر الذي أدى إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالبيئة ومحاولة القضاء على مشاكلها التي أثرت على تحقيق التنمية التي يصبو المجتمع إلى تحقيقها، وفي هذا المجال ظهرت التنمية المستدامة كمصطلح جديد في الآونة الأخيرة والتي يقصد بها التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية أي تهتم بالجانب المادي وكذلك البشري ، ونظرا لأهمية التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع سطرت الدول المتقدمة برامج واستراتيجيات لتحقيقها ، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول سعت لتحقيق ذلك من خلال الاهتمام بالبيئة ومواجهة جميع المشاكل التي تهددها . The cultural development of man has been linked to the level of development of his exploitation of various environmental resources and natural resources, the human influence on nature is very limited at first, however, it quickly evolved and resulted in several problems that affected the environment negatively, resulting in deterioration of the environment and a threat to its wealth and potential as a result of the development of the society in all fields, which led to the need to pay attention to the environment and try to eliminate the problems that affected the achievement of development that the society aspires to achieve, in this respect, sustainable development has emerged as a new term in recent times, which means economic and social development, which is concerned with the physical and human aspects, given the importance of sustainable development in society, developed countries have developed programs and strategies to achieve them, Algeria, like all other States, has endeavored to do so by taking care of the environment and confronting all the problems that threaten it.
