الملخص
قدمت المقارنة مساهمة كبيرة في مجال الإدارة العامة، فقد وسعت آفاق الإدارة العامة وجعلت المجال أكثر منهجية من خلال دراسة النظم الإدارية المختلفة في بيئاتها المختلفة و حفزت اهتمام أعضائها ومفكريها لتطوير الإدارة العامة. فجوهر المقارنة في الإدارة العامة في كونها طريقة منهجية للبحث تتناول عدة أنظمة إدارية بالدراسة و المقارنة بينها لإظهار أوجه الشبه أو الاختلاف بينها، بهدف التوصل إلى مقترحات لتطوير وتحديث هذه الأنظمة. the comparison has prorided a sign cant contribution to public administration domain as it expanded the to public administration prospects and made the field more systematic through the study of different management different environments and motivated her members and thinkers interests to develop public. the core of the comparaison in public administration is that it is a methodological method of research dealing with many administrative systems by studying and comparing them to show the similarities or differences between them , in order to reach proposals to develop and update these systems
