الكفاية اللّغوية وإجراءاتها العمليّة من منظور اللسانيات التوليدية التحويلية

الملخص
تعدّ المدرسة اللّسانية التّوليدية التّحويليّة نظرية لغوية نحويّة وبداية تحوّل في مسار الدراسات اللغوية لما تميزت به من بساطة في التحليل والحداثة في الأفكار ، ولا شك أنّ أي نظرية علميّة تقوم على مبادئ وأسس، وقد أثار مؤسّسها فلسفة جديدة في تفسيره للظاهرة اللغوية، وآثَرَها على غيرها من الفلسفات المعاصرة، وبلغت شهرة النظرية التشومسكية مبلغا كبيرا وشهرة واسعة بين الباحثين واللغويين المحدثين، واستطاع مؤسسها أن يطورها فأصبحت النقطة التي اهتدت بمبادئها الدراسات اللسانية اليوم، فتسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة الركائز والمبادئ الأساسية التي قامت عليها هذه النظرية من خلال رصد مسارها اللساني ، والتركيز على وجهة نظر تشومسكي في مسألة اكتساب اللغة التي لا تتأتى إلا وفق مبدأين اثنين هما الكفاية اللغوية والأداء Abstract: The generative-transformational linguistic school is a grammatical linguistic theory and the beginning of a transformation in the course of linguistic studies for its simplicity in analysis and modernity in ideas, and there is no doubt that any scientific theory is based on principles and foundations. With a special interest in linguistic studies, thanks to the solidity of its philosophical foundations and its founder raised a new philosophy in his interpretation of the linguistic phenomenon, and its impact on other contemporary philosophies. This research will study the basic pillars and principles on which this theory is based by monitoring its linguistic path, and focusing on Chomsky's view on the issue of language acquisition, which can only come according to two principles, namely linguistic sufficiency and performance
