الملخص
المقال الذي بين أيدينا يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على التجاوزات الإقليمية التي تعني الأعمال أو السلوكيات التي تتجاوز حدود دولة معينة وتؤثر على الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة أو العالم. قد تكون هذه التجاوزات عسكرية أو غير عسكرية، وتشمل العديد من الأمور مثل الاعتداءات العسكرية، والتدخلات العسكرية غير المشروعة، والتمردات العنيفة، والإرهاب الدولي، والصراعات الإقليمية، والتهديدات النووية والكيميائية، والتهريب والجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود، وغيرها، حيث تؤثر هذه التجاوزات الإقليمية بشكل كبير على الأمن العالمي لعدة أسباب، بما في ذلك انتشار العنف والصراعات إذ تتسبب التجاوزات الإقليمية في انتشار العنف والصراعات، مما يؤدي إلى خسائر بشرية كبيرة وتشريد المدنيين وتدمير البنية التحتية، ويؤثر سلبًا على الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي في المناطق المتأثرة. انتشار الإرهاب قد تستغل التجاوزات الإقليمية الفراغ الأمني والاضطرابات لتوسيع نطاق نشاطاتها الإرهابية، وتهديد الأمن الدولي واستقراره، يتم تداول المقاتلين الأجانب والأسلحة والموارد عبر الحدود بسهولة، مما يزيد من قدرة الجماعات الإرهابية على تنفيذ هجمات داخل وخارج المنطقة.
