الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية التاجر المسلم الملتزم ودوره في إرساء الأمن والاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المجتمع. كما يهدف إلى التعرّف على أهم الأخلاق والضوابط الشرعية التي جاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية لتوجيه سلوك التاجر المسلم توجيها ربانيا، فتكون بذلك معاملاته صحيحة مبنية على الصدق والأمانة والوفاء بالعهود لا على الكذب والغش والخداع. مع الإشارة إلى بعض مظاهر التجاوزات في الممارسات التجارية لبعض التجار في السوق الوطنية. وتوصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمّها وجود اختلال بين الأوامر والنواهي المنصوص عليها في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة وبين الواقع المعاش من خلال السلوكيات السلبية لبعض التجار والتي لا تعكس التزام واستقامة التاجر المسلم الحقيقي. وكذلك التمسنا الدور الجوهري والمجهود الذي تقوم به مصالح الرقابة الاقتصادية وقمع الغش التابعة لوزارة التجارة في مراقبة السوق الوطنية ومكافحة كل أنواع الغش. Abstract: This research aims to highlight the importance of a committed Muslim trader and his role in establishing security and social economic stability in society. It also aims to identify the most important morals and sharia regulations that Islamic law has brought to guide the conduct of Muslims merchants in a divine manner, so that his dealings are correct based on honesty, not on lying, cheating and deception. Noting also some manifestations of abuses in the business practices of some traders in the national market. Through this research, we have reached a range of results, the most important of them is the existence of an imbalance between the orders and the prohibitions stipulated in the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah and the reality lived through the negative behaviors of some traders, which do not reflect the commitment and integrity of the true Muslim merchant. We also sought the essential role and efforts of the Economic Control and Fraud Suppression Services of the Ministry of Commerce in monitoring the national market and combating all types of fraud.
