الأرشيف الجزائري: بين الوثيقة التاريخية والمهنة الأرشيفية

الملخص
تزامن تطور مهنة الأرشيفي وتطور الوثائق الأرشيفية المنتجة وفق اوعيتها المختلفة، أين أولت لها الدول التقدمة العناية اللازمة. سواء عن طريق التكوين في التخصص أو الجمعيات المهنية، أين ساهمت هذه الأخيرة بقسط كبير في تطوير مكانة الأرشيف. في المقابل سعت الدولة الجزائرية لتثمين المهنة الأرشيفية عن طريق تقوية الترسانة التشريعية، لكن لامبالاة مسؤولي الإدارات بقطاع الأرشيف وبالأرشيفي حال دون تحقيق المبتغى. There is a simultaneous development of the archivist’s profession and the development of documents produced by administrations and institutions on the expense of their different resources, where developed countries have paid a great attention whether through specialized formations or professional associations. This latter has contributed significantly to the development of archivist’s status, and in return the Algerian state sought to value the archival profession by strengthening the legislative arsenal. But the indifference of the administrative responsible in the archive sector and the archivist prevented this from being achieved.
