فعالية الوقف الإسلامي الحضاري في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، واسهاماته في تمويل المشاريع والمؤسسات ودعم أهدافها

الملخص
لقد كان للوقف دوراً بارزاً في حياة الناس ردحاً من الزمن، استطاع من خلاله الـتأثير على مختلف جوانب الحياة ونواحيها، المادية والسياسية والدينية والاجتماعية، وكان يُشكل أحد دعائم المجتمع الإسلامي من خلال البناء والمساهمة للنهوض بحاجات الناس ومتطلباتهم الضرورية، والذي يُعد من الركائز الأساسية الداعمة لبرامج التنمية المستدامة، وتتناول هذه الدراسة اسهاماته في حفظ ورقي المجتمع الإسلامي من الناحية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، كمكسب حضاري متجذر في التاريخ، بالاعتماد في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تثمين دور الوقف في تحقيق التنمية الفعلية نتيجة ما شهده الوقف من خلال دوره الاستثماري في تمويل المشاريع وتكريس الإنتاج وتحسين المنافع، وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج: كفاءة وفعالية التمويل بالوقف في أنه تكفّل بتمويل القطاعات والمجالات الضرورية في حياة الناس وتخفيف عنهم الكثير من العناء وكذا العبء على الدولة لتقليص البطالة وتحسين الوضع الاجتماعي وتقليل الفوارق بين فئات المجتمع بنشر المبادئ. كلمات مفتاحية: الوقف الإسلامي ـــــــ المجتمع ـــــــ التكافل ــــــ البعدي الاقتصادي ــــــ الحضارة ــــــ التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: :For a long time, waqf played a great role in people's lives in that it could impact on all life domains: material, political, religious and social. It has constituted a pillar for the Islamic society through construction and taking part in the satisfaction of people' s vital needs; thus, contributing for the preservation and prosperity of the Islamic society : which is one of the main pillars in support of sustainable development socially and politically;. This researtch discusses the role of Alwaqf This is considered a civilizational gain deeply rooted in the Islamic history due to its spacious influence in all that it provides several generations So that; following this descriptive and analytical approach development as a result of achievements in the waqf sector. It aims at realizing real development via financing projects and promoting production and services. we have reached some results; as well as to the efficiency and effectiveness of financing through waqf that contributes to accumulating the capital It's a financed the sectors and fields vital in people' s lives and lightened the burden of the country by limiting unemployment and improving the social condition and narrowing the difference between the social classes through spreading principles a pillar for the Islamic society through construction and taking part in the satisfaction of people' s vital needs; thus, contributing for the preservation and prosperity of the Islamic society : socially and politically; besides cohesion, cooperation and all aspects of solidarity that were apparent in the Islamic region at that time.
