الملخص
تعد الغابات الساحلية الجزائرية ذا أهمية اقتصادية وبيئية وصحية وثقافية نتيجة للموروث الإنساني للحضارات التي نشأت بها، إذ تضم تنوعا للنظم الإيكولوجية البرية والبحرية، وما تحتويه من خزان هائل من تنوع بيولوجي مجسدا بأكبر الحظائر الوطنية الساحلية، إذ تؤدي دورا فعالا في المحافظة على التوازن البيئي لمختلف الكائنات الموجودة بها، وعلى اعتبار أن مختلف الأنشطة البشرية الاقتصادية موجودة على الساحل مما جعلها تتشارك مصالحها مع دول حوض البحر المتوسط، و من نقاط الاشتراك المتجسدة اتفاقية حماية البيئة البحرية والمناطق الساحلية المتوسطية وبروتوكولاتها"اتفاقية برشلونة"، بأبعاد استدامة بيئية حقيقية متكاملة، تحت مظلة أممية وفق خطة تنمية مستدامة2030، ومن مؤشراتها ماهو متعلق بالإدارة المستدامة للغابات والمحافظة على حيويتها. The coastal forests in Algeria enjoy great economic, environmental and cultural importance, as a consequence of the humanitarian heritage of successive civilizations. These forests are rich in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems and biodiversity, thus representing the largest coastal national parks. They also play an essential role in preserving the ecological balance of its species. On the other hand, the various economic activities take place on the coast, from which common links and interests are forged between the countries of the Mediterranean basin. Among them is the Convention on the Protection of the Mediterranean Marine Environment and Coastline and its protocols: "Barcelona Convention", with its Sustainable Development Goals, taking into account the recommendations of Mediterranean commission for sustainable development 2023. One of the issues it addresses is the sustainable management of forests and the preservation of their biodiversity.
