الالتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بالاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بولاية تلمسان

الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين الالتزام التنظيمي والاحتراق النفسي عند أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، ولهذا الغرض تم اختيار عينة تكونت من 80 أستاذ بثانويات مختلفة بولاية تلمسان موزعين تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة، كما تم توظيف كل من مقياس الالتزام التنظيمي لبورتر وزملائهPorter & Al ، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش كرستينا .Maslash Christina inventory (1981) وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : • عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الالتزام التنظيمي والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي تعزى للجنس. • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاختراق النفسي تعزي للجنس. Abstract : This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between organizational commitment and Burnout among secondary school teachers. The sample in this study consisted of 80 teachers; the researcher followed the descriptive approach in order to study the relationship between the variables of the study. In this research, Porter & Al’s organizational commitment scale and Maslach’s burnout inventory (1981). The most important finding of the current study were the following: • There is no correlation between the organizational commitment and the burnout among the teachers of secondary education. • There are no statistically significant differences in the level of regulatory compliance due to sex. • There are no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout due to sex.
