Abstract
The aim of the article is to research the impact of the individual’s loss in general and the adolescent in particular to feel secure and psychological reassurance on his motivation to accomplish the various jobs and jobs assigned to him, whether this teenager is an expert or a worker or unemployment based on research in some previous studies that dealt with the topic and most of them unanimously That the loss of a sense of security leads to a major hindrance if not transferring all the activities of life and causing an imbalance in the individual’s balance. Let us finally reach that the adolescent's sense of belonging to his community and the love of others for him, and his tendency for stability and emotional balance leads him to increase motivation, success and brilliance in completing the tasks assigned to him, which makes him satisfied with himself saturated with his needs, realizing his social compatibility, the latter which is one of the urgent images in his life Adolescent, where the researchers mention that the personality and behavior of the individual are affected in adolescence by the first life experiences, the method of education and the environmental conditions surrounding him, and if he agrees with them, he can agree in any society and at any stage of development, which enhances his motivation to achieve goals, as well as satisfy his needs For psychological security and self-satisfaction. هدف المقال إلى البحث في تأثير فقدان الفرد بشكل عام والمراهق على وجه الخصوص للشعور بالأمن والطمأنينة النفسية على دافعيته لإنجاز مختلف الوظائف والأشغال المسندة إليه، سواء أكان هذا المراهق متمدرساً أو عاملاً أو بطالاً انطلاقاً من البحث في بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت الموضوع والتي أجمعت في معظمها بأن فقدان الشعور بالأمن يؤدي إلى عرقلة جل أن لم نقل جميع أنشطة الحياة وإحداث خلل في توازن الفرد، والحاجة للأمن هي من الحاجات الأساسية التي يسعى الفرد لتأمينها وتعزيزها والمحافظة عليها نظراً لانعكاساته الايجابية والسلبية على حياته.لنصل أخيرا إلى أن شعور المراهق بالانتماء لمجتمعه وبحب الآخرين له، وميله للاستقرار والاتزان العاطفي يؤدي به إلى زيادة الدافعية والنجاح والتألق في إتمام المهام المسندة إليه، ما يجعله راضيا عن نفسه مشبعا لحاجاته محققا لتوافقه الاجتماعي، هذا الأخير الذي يعد صورة من الصور الملحة في حياة المراهق، حيث يذكر الباحثون بأن شخصية الفرد وسلوكه يتأثران في مرحلة المراهقة بالتجارب الحياتية الأولى ويأسلوب التربية وبالظروف البيئية المحيطة به، فإذا توافق معها فانه يستطيع التوافق في أي مجتمع وفي أي مرحلة من مراحل النمو، وهو الأمر الذي يعزز دافعيته لإنجاز الأهداف ، كما يشبع حاجاته للأمن النفسي ورضاه من نفسه.
