الملخص

ملخص: مع مرور الوقت تزداد الحاجة للإبداع، إذ أننا نعيش في عالم يتلاحق فيه النمو وتزداد المتغيرات، مما يستوجب على الجميع إدراك متطلبات التطور في الحاضر والمستقبل. وبما أن عناصر التغيير معقدة ومتشابكة، يجب علينا أن ندرك جيدا أنه لا يتم بصورة فردية أو بشكل جزئي، بل يجب أن ينطلق في إطار متكامل ومحدد بدقة علمية ومنهجية، والإبداع في المنظمة حاجة ضرورية وأساسية فرضتها التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.ويلعب الإبداع دور هام في بقاء المنظمات وتطورها في ظل التحديات العالمية، كما انه يساعدها على مواجهة الأزمات المعاصرة وتحديات المستقبل. Summary: With the passage of time increases the need for creativity, because we live in a world where accelerating growth and increasing variables, which requires everyone to understand the requirements of development in the present and future. Since the elements of change are complex and interrelated, we must be well aware of that does not individually or in part, but must proceed within the framework of an integrated and precise scientific methodology, and creativity in the organization need a necessary and essential imposed economic and social changes. Creativity plays an important role in the survival and development organizations in light of global challenges; it also helps to cope with contemporary problems and future challenges.
