التنوع المجتمعي والأمـن المجتمعـي في سيـاق الـربيـع العـــربـي Societal Diversity And Societal Security In The Context Of The Arab Spring

الملخص

عرفت المنطقة العربية مع بدايات عام 2011 إنتفاضات شعبية عارمة ضد الأنظمة الحاكمة، فأطاحت ببعضها وأدخلت بعضها الآخر في حروب أهلية لازالت تعاني منها، وتداخلت هناك عدد من العوامل الداخلية والخارجية ساهمت في سرعتها وتأثيراتها الداخلية والإقليمية وفي تعقيد سبل إنهائها. ورغم أهمية العوامل الخارجية في تأجيج الصراع، إلا أن العوامل الداخلية المتعلقة بالمجتمع والدولة تبقى المحرك الرئيسي لهذه الثورات في تفجيرها ومسار أحداثها. ويمثل التنوع المجتمعي بمختلف تجلياته عاملا مهما في فهم هذه الثورات وتفسير حالة اللأمن المجتمعي الذي تعيشه هذه الدول إلى يومنا هذا. لذلك يتمحور هدف هذه الورقة في ربط العلاقة بين ظاهرة التنوع المجتمعي في العالم العربي بقضية الأمن المجتمعي خلال فترة اندلاع ثورات الربيع العربي، نظرا لما لعبته المكونات المجتمعية الدينية والعرقية في مسارات هذا الحدث التاريخي. At the beginning of 2011, the Arab region witnessed massive popular uprisings against the ruling regimes in some Arab countries. Despite the importance of external factors in fueling the conflict, the internal factors related to society and the state remain the main driver of these revolutions in their explosion and the course of their events. Societal diversity in its various manifestations is an important factor to understanding these revolutions and in explaining the state of societal insecurity experienced by these Arab countries. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to link the relationship between the phenomenon of societal diversity in the Arab world and the societal security during the outbreak of the Arab Spring revolutions, given the role of religious and ethnic societal components in the course of this historical event.
