بناء الدولة من منظور تيارات الحركة الإصلاحية في العالم الإسلامي (بين التصور العلماني والتصور الاسلامي لبناء الدولة)

الملخص
نريد من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على تصور بناء الدولة لدى تيارين رئيسيين في حركة الإصلاح الإسلامي، هما التيار الإسلامي الذي تبلور وانتشر منذ نشأة الدولة الإسلامية وتطورها على مر التاريخ، وتيار علماني ظهر في عصر تميز بضعف الدولة الإسلامية وسقوطها أمام العديد من الضربات الداخلية والخارجية. في هذا البحث يتم التطرق لأهم أفكار السياسية لرواد الحركة الاصلاحية التي تمثل التصور السياسي لبناء الدولة في إطار إسلامي يقوم أساسه على تطبيق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ومبادئها، وتصور علماني ينادي بالتأسيس للدولة المدنية التي تكون في قطيعة تامة مع الدين يقوم مبدأها على فصل الدين عن الدولة. This research paper deals with the issue of building the state in the Islamic world through the political thoughts of the reformists belonging to two main trends. One being the Islamic trend, which has materialized and spread since the emergence of the Islamic state and which developed throughout history, and the second, a secular one that appeared in an era characterized by the weakening of the Islamic state owing to a myriad of both internal and external strikes. This research attempts to discuss the most important ideas and opinions advocated by the pioneers of these two distinct reform movements. Which on the one hand, represent the political vision of building the state in an Islamic framework based on the application of the Sharia law and its principles, and on the other hand, within a secular framework calling for the establishment of a civil state that is in complete separation from religion.
